My 5 month baby have fever from 99.5 to 100 degree(today)but she has no cold or cough...I give paracetomol ...is anything to worry...sholud i go to doctor...pls reply...!!
You should visit your doctor and check for other symptoms...if it is more than 3 days then better to get a blood test too..

If there is no reason such as cough cold also a baby is not crying what is getting fever then definitely you must see your pediatrician
