if you have got positive, then you are pregnant... visit a good gynec as soon as possible. if you are doubtful, you can give urine sample for test at a lab..

Please wait for one more week. Meanwhile don't lift heavy items and take rest as much as possible. You can try once more after a week. After that see a good gyno near you and visit. Gyno will refer you for scanning. Once scanning done... it will be confirmed. And gyno after seeing report will suggest you further..Till then...it's too early to do anything.
