hi deepali in summers panties are irritating. pls get very soft cotton ones - take her wth u and let her decide. make sure u try the ones whr the elstic is inside the panties so nothing irritates her skin. also pls see if her skin is red etc. if so she might be getting a rash or sonething. in that case pls show the dr.
