My 5.5 month old baby boy is passing stool for 2 to 3 times daily for the last 4 days. Is this alarming or concerning? Given Covid 19 situation in Mumbai, we are hesitant to go outside to visit doctors but we will go if needed.

He is completely on milk and no outside food.
Can it be because of teething?
