question
My 6 week old baby has been chiefly fed formula since day 4 as it was a C section delivery and I was not getting any BM. Even now when he sucks I can see drops forming else I don't think I am getting enough BM. But I really want to feed him BM instead of formula. I also think that he is not latching properly because of which even when he is at my breast he doesn't get satiated. Will a good Lactation consultant be able to help me make this transition from FF to BF completely? And normally how much time will it take?

Yes, it is possible and u should meet good lactation consultant. Simple rule dear the more u feed BM more milk ur body produces. I know it's difficult for few weeks but gradually ur lo will latch properly but don't loose hope. Keep trying and alongside u take satavri powder, include veggies like bottle gourd, papaya and sago these are well known increase milk supply.
