my 75days old baby sleeps for 6-7 hrs at a stretch during night.. should I feed him in between .??

Feed the baby on demand. However keep in mind that baby needs on an average eight feeds per 24 hours so you will need to feed the baby often during the day and not allow long naps.

It's better to feed the baby atleast 3hrs once even if the baby is in deep sleep

yes even I need the answer... at night my 2 months old baby sleeps for 6 gouge at a stretch.... should I wake her in between... because doctors say we need to feed for Evey 2-3 hours
