My 2 year old have similar problem. Cough every month. Every month I had to nebulise him. Whether we agree or not but nebulise affects in an adverse way. Got know from doc that it's due to allergy. Tell ur doc meds are not helping and she is not be coming better . As asha said ask if doc for nebulisation.; Also put nasal drops to relieve blocked nose . Give it baby steam helps with nose block . <br> A home remedy for cough . At night one ur baby is sleeping take pan leaf warm it in the stove lightly apply some balm to it at put it on her chest . It will help relieve the congestion.; Also give it baby ajwain water .

Plz check with doctor about nebulization
