The down syndrome test is only an indication whether the baby has chances to develop the syndrome so even with a risk factor babies born a natural and they do not have anomalies this is just a percentage probability out of thousand your chances are 1% an out of 290 your chances are 1% so do not worry you need not to terminate this pregnancy I will advise a scan at 14 week as well
