My amniotic fluid is less,Dr has suggested Zilargyn sachet twice a day, IS there any other method to increase my amniotic fluid, plzz help.
Increase fluid intake . And follow doctors advice

Drink more n more water, increase fluid intake like barley water butter milk lassi nimbu paani.. and go for high protein diet

Zilargyn helps a lot, u should increase your fluid intake ensure u have 5-6 litres of fluid be it water, tender coconut <u>etc</u>
