my babies 5 month is running now ....as my baby not sucking plenty of milk from my breast im offering him milk in bottle collected from breast pump that also he sucks well while he is asleep.....my problem is will bottle feeding will creat some dental problem....he has not got teeth yet n teething may hve started as he is bitting everything plz do suggest

As per my knowledge bottles do create dental issues, but that's if you continue for long say above 2 years. Introduce bottle for now <u>but</u> do maintain the hygiene. May be once your child turns one you can gradually wean him off and move to glass. In case your child takes sippy cups then nothing like it but kids that young don't get adjusted easily to sippy cups. You can give it a try still.

Hi Sharmistha, I would suggest don't introduce bottle rather start using sippy cups which have soft spout. soon you will be starting with weaning, so once your baby starts holding his neck properly you can directly start using cup or glass. Once bottle is started, it will take lot of efforts to get wean off of the <u>bottle</u>.
