Passing stools with every urine or as many times for a baby who is exclusively breast fed is completely normal. A little gassy feeling and sound while passing gas is also normal. Relax. Give the baby tummy time when you can supervise. Never leave the baby alone on the tummy.

hi, is your baby BF of in formula??. Formula babies suffer a little with the gas which is very common and just give a burp after each feed and she will feel better. You should actually do the same of BF too. passing stools so many times is common. it will stabilize in a few days time don't worry.
