my son also had this perticular timing ... we ddnt actually try anything bcz till 7 pm he used to be very happy n suddenly after he would cry for 1 hour...he did this for few days after that his routine changed...

it must be colic niti. usko tummy time do. apply hing paste on navel and ask dr if baby needs medicine for colic
