Don't worry dear about the color. Sometimes if baby got fever or not well...there skin will go dull or darker. Even when skin dries also...when the old skin about to shed then also it looks pale. If the massaging oil won't suit then also there are chances of skin darkening. Apply coconut/ olive/castor oil for massaging. Use good mild body wash and moisturiser..

hi jayasri - it happens to all babies! complexion keeps changing. also once they grow up and start playing outside, it will become darker. so please don't worry about this aspect at all. as long as your baby is happy &amp; healthy nothing else matters!
