no u have to give water after 3 months,&nbsp; and put some sugar and salt boil water and store in clean bottle,&nbsp; and give to baby 3times a day only feed with the help of spoon and Pls start after 3 months....

U DO NOT NEED TO GIVE WATER! Ur baby's thirst is taken care of by breast milk. Pl do not&nbsp; feed anything apart from milk. no water no honey nothing. only medicines that doctor prescribes. that's it

only breast milk till 6 months... even in hot climate that is enough... if baby drinks water, her tummy will feel full and hence drink less milk, this will cause her to lose out on nutrition from milk...
