Hi do not worry, is he irritated because of changed atmosphere at home?

Every two hours make sure to take him to bathroom it is very normal for kids to forget and do as and when it comes very fast hence it is very important to form habit in every 2 hours just visit bathroom and follow this for as long as you can by the age of 4 years your baby e himself would get used to the schedule

Talk to him and keep reminding till it becomes a habit.. at regular intervals take him to the wash room.. spend more time with the baby.. and appreciate small things which he does .
