My baby boy is 40 days old today. He spits every time after feed. Please suggest some remedies.
This is normal for babies less than 2 years old you should only be wary about complete vomiting if the baby throws out the entire milk otherwise keep burping and and have your baby on your shoulder and move for around 20 30 minutes to help him burp easily

I do burping but it's no effective.
