My baby boy's navel is outside. He is 1 month old. There is no pain I think but it looks very odd. I asked doc he said it's normal n it will go inside within 6 months. Anyone of u facing such issue.

Yaar its said that if u drink water with the glass..baby's navel comes out so its advised to drink water with the bowl...i did the same and rudra navel is quite sexy...hehehehehehehe.....i mean its nyc....

Outside is fine, coz. different nurses/doctors cut the cords at different lengths. And sometimes the naval appears to protrude outside. During your regular vaccination visit to the doctor, keep a track of this also. Mostly it will settle down. But be careful during massage and nappy changes.
