Hey Rosie, avoid the gym just yet. Wait for 6 months to start any workout routine. You can take walks now. A good 30 minute walk a couple of times a day will help. Combine your walks with 1kg weights for arm routines. It will help with toning. Do leg raises and calf raises at home to strengthen your legs. Avoid any core workout till atleast 6 months. Tc!

Pls be very careful and very gradual. I would say still no heavy weights. Please listen to your body and take rest. Start off small ..very small and gradually increase. Let us know hows it going. Would be happy to see a pic of u in the gym. It would motivate others
