if baby is on ebf it is okay. as long as baby is not facing any discomfort that's fine. pls ensure you do cyclic motion of legs during maalish regularly.

If the baby is on BM then can be with out passing stool till 7 days also.

Babies this young will poop sometimes even after 5-6 days. Make sure there's no gas or colic. Apply hing paste around navel to relieve gas.
