My baby feels sleeps immediately after breast feeding, So unable to pass gas after burping.Later he spits milk and passes gas.Iam taking Lactonic granules for low breast milk..Mother inlaw is giving 4tsp 2times in milk.Since 2to 3 days he is spitting milk very often and passing gas frm mouth often but nt on burping.Burping him he is nt passing gas..
