One day is fine. Pls monitor if baby is having any pain or discomfort. Include liquids, banana, prunes and roughage on baby' diet. All the best.

give her lots of water....she can go on without pooping up to 3 days....if it exceeds that,consult a paediatrician....

Give her luke warm water when she wakes up. empty stomach preferably.. an apple also will also help
