Breast milk is the best food for babies under six months of age. Teething does not mean that you need to start solids. Baby will not bite while breastfeeding. Do meet a pediatric dentist to understand how to clean your babies mouth as the teeth have started coming. You may also need to limit night time breast feeds since even breast milk can cause tooth decay.
