My baby got 2 and half month vaccine yesterday..today her motions are watery and its colour is light yellow..i am giving her paracetamol drops 2ml every 6 hours after checking her fever..now after giving the feed she vomited the whole feed..does this happen after taking vaccine? Or should i consult a paediatrian right away?
