Hey Alpana,please check if ur baby has fever. My bacha slept entire day after first vaccination,she had fever. However second one was bad, she became too cranky and clingy and dint sleep at all! Just give her proper medicine incase if fever. But usually kids sleep if they are fine,mine was an exception i guess!

Ya they do bt make sure she is feeded well n also if there is fever or no...<br> Plz give her medicine timely if she has fever..
