Hi<br> It's due to sweat, keep the area dry don't rub, clean gently, you can use sebamed powder it works well for such rashes. Avoid over doing n contact of powder with nose and mouth

Yeah,seems to be sweat rash,clean it with water,keep him sweat; free and dry..apply coconut oil.

Clean the area with a damp cotton..apply baby cream..also keep the area dry nd dress the baby in comfortable clothes so that sweat is not deposited around the neck..if the rash becomes more severe or blood comes show it to a doctor
