My baby has been passing loose stools sin e morning, he has pooped 4 times so far. We called his pediatrician, he said it could be because of the vaccination(baby got vaccinated day before yesterday) and has asked to wait till tomorrow. I am a little worried. Please suggest any remedies. Potty colour is green
