my baby has developed two white spot on his body.one is on his belly which which appeared when my baby is 20 days old. I consulted with pediatrician whether it is vitilgo,he said no.bt he can't said what it is. another one spotted on his thigh when he is 55 days old.both the spots are on left side.here I am attaching the photo. please tell what is this..need help urgently.
