It could be allergy. You can use Pears if its soap allergy. Avoid lotions and oil/ powder on the face.

in the initial days, body of baby undergoes lots of hormonal changes, thus anything like acne, pimples, rashes etc can occur. please consult your pediatrician if it's just that or anything else.

Pl do not try anything on ur own. consult ur pediatrician.

better ask a pediac, so that they can see n let u know what is it exactly. my dd also had rashes breakout around the same time and pediac recommended creams and lotions. pls dont do any home remedies or apply any oil
