either don't rock the baby for a few days the baby will cry initially but eventually fall asleep. will also get used to it or you can buy a baby bouncer which works as a rocker

my baby has to be rocked to sleep and it's getting very difficult to rock her.  any suggestions to make her sleep without rocking.
