question
My baby have completed 4 months and she is 5.8 kg and exclusively on breastfeeding. Now i am worried about breast milk supply. How will I come to know whether my milk is sufficient for her?

Bcz earlier every feeding used to take 30-35 mins and now 15-20 mins. Pls let me know the ways i can find whether its sufficient for her or should i start giving formula milk.

As baby grow, they become pro in nursing, so they will take less time. Don't worry 😥. If baby is active, peeing 7-8 times a days and gaining weight he is getting enough milk.

Hi dear... As babies grow, their feeding time will be less, because they are slowly getting a pro at feeding fast and according to their hunger. If the baby is peeing atleast 6 times a day, he is getting enough milk. Still, you can increase milk inducing things in your diet like methi, jeera, garlic, Masoor ki dal, lauki, green vegetables, oats etc.
