my baby also hvng these spots...dont use powders&baby wipe on the face .....it is sme kind of allergy.....

It happens in summer even for sleeping on the same side/position. Does you baby always sleep on her right always? Try changing her position couple of times while she is sleeping

keep wiping the face with clean wet soft cotton..may be thrice or 4times a day...it is due to summer as temperature will go down it Ll reduce...dont apply any crm or powdr
