my baby is 1 month 11 days, today his stomach is tight , he is passing urine normally ,he is not crying unusually . The only thing he didn't discharge motion. Is that anything i have to worry for.
hi its normal for babys to no poop upto 6 to 7 days only mre tan 10 days u hv to worry.jus keep feedin don worry..

its common for exclusively breastfed baby to not poop for 6-7 days. give baby tummy time, massage gently in clockwise movement on the tummy.
