My baby is 1 month 5 days old and earlier he never spitup..whenever he takes bm be spits very small quantiy curd like thing but when he is on formula he spit up which is pure milk like as it is he has spitted up.i always give him in small quantity but he is not satisfied and i need to give him more.i need to give fm as bm is not sufficient and expressed and checked through pump

Thanks nilofer..problem i am taking healthiest diet of my life..it has everything protein fiber carbs and well balanced diet i have.problem of less bm could be something else for me

Hey kanika. I have sailed in a similar boat. Please see to it that you are having a healthy diet and that you are having plenty of water. Usually it is our unhealthy intake that may seem like we sre producing less milk. I have been there, done that, Start reducing fm by quantity and then later reduce each session of fm. You may have to nurse thorough out the day and night
