My baby is 1 year old and he is suffering from fever from yesterday. I gave him Mefenamic acid & Paracetamol oral suspension(4ml two time in duration of 8 hrs. But he got again fever. Should i give antibiotic or any advise.
Then please consult your Paediatrician. May be viral.

Your baby must have some viral infection he needs antibiotics... So visit your pediatrician as baby is too small to give any med without consultation

Hope you have visited your doctor.. please do not give any medication without consulting your doctor.. keep a note of the temperature and speak to your doctor
