My baby is 10 month old and today in the evening while doing potty , it was hard and faced difficulty. Little bit blood came with stool . What should I do.
Include fibre rich foods. Avoid foods causing constipation for a while. Include fruits and vegetables in diet. Give more water and juices

It must be hard stool hence it was difficult... Give papaya.. raw one in dal n ripe mashed.. give enough water and juices...
