My baby is 10 months old..still he eats in only liquid form and in lap..he does not sit for eating.whenever consistency is thick..he doesn't swallow.he wants music in Mobile while eating with video.
Firstly to avoid screen time indulge him in his fav toys or books.
To shift him from paste to solids. Make the food look interesting. You can use cookie cutters to shape the food and build stories around the food to keep him interested and involved.
