My baby is 111 days old,after birth he had been passing gas,till now,but nowadays it's smelly.. he is on breast milk only,his weight is 7kg 780gm( as per on 14 weeks checking) ,so is this normal? After 5days his stool is clear. His potty not regular,5days after he does.

So plz help me guys.
