My baby is 16 months old and he doesn't drink cow milk or outside milk. How can i increase his liking to drink milk to compensate his requirement of calcium intake. I have already tried to flavour it but failed miserably. Please suggest.

You can give with formula milk feeding if he refuses cow milk. Continue with breastfeeding whenever he needs. To compensate the calcium requirements give foods like ragi Millet add palm jaggery which is a rich source of calcium to his foods as sweetner. Also, give green leafy vegetables like spinach, amaranthus which is also a good source of calcium.

Hi pls dont force if he is not willing to have, offer curd instead. Most of the vegetables has calcium, even chicken and mutton bones.
