Yes you can but put the blower in a different direction.. avoid in the same direction with the baby. Maintain a pleasant temperature not too cold.. put a small cotton cloth over the baby's legs.

Yes you can, just don't keep the room at very low temperature. Moderate temperature of 25-26 is fine
