Your chest size will reduce gradually once you stop breast feeding. On an average it can take 2 to 3 years post stopping breast feeding for the breast size to return to normal. Once you feel comfortable start with a walking programs d slowly add other exercises. All this while make sure you eat healthy and avoid fried foods, excessive ghee and sugar items.

Congratulations Anita. Right now prioritise taking care of urself and your baby. ensure you breastfeed at least until 6 months. have a healthy diet and breastfeed and do not exercise for at least 3 months to begin with to allow ur body to heal. It has gone through a lot so be sweet to it :) once ur body is healed and ur baby has adjusted , we can help you with how you can loose post pregnancy weight. We can help u wrh consultations for the same. If you wish to get a customised planned diet for yourself to ensure u eat healthy , then let us know. We can help with booking with a nutritionist.
