Dear baby is too small as of now so give only Breastmilk till 6 months or if baby have a Colic problem apply hing pest her navel around like clockwise... that's it.

No. please don't give gripe water. Now a days doctors are not recommending gripe water. Gripe water is basically for colic pain. Rather ask for your doctor regarding colic relief drops. You burp baby after every feed. and Give tummy time. Avoid anything giving without asking your doctor.
