wait fr 1 or 2 more weeks n check.&nbsp; u should discuss this with ur doc as well coz there could be a number of reasons fr this. sometimes few babies r just slow weight gainers. 
pls update any more info here.

My baby is active, everything she is doing well but still weight is not increasing, no sickness at all.

is baby feeding well, sleeps soundly and does enough pees n poops every day? basically we&nbsp; need to see - is baby getting enough nourishment. 
has ur baby been sick this month.
