Hey Ruchi same is the problem with me so I express milk from left side and try to latch her as many times as possible from left side even if for just 5 mins. Initially she was very reluctant to take from that side which has improved greatly now but not sorted fully. The left side still produces quite less as compared to right but I m not giving up yet😜

The left breast has become small because it has not been used. The first step would be to express milk often from that side. This will help to increase the milk supply which will make the baby also interested. The second thing is that frequent expressing will help to bring the nipple out which will make it easy for baby to latch as well. As time passes and you stop breast feeding the breast will return to normal size but that can take about two years post stopping breast feeding. When baby learns how to hold his head and turns over on the tummy as well as learns how to sit up the head will shape itself. However you may want to discuss this with the doctor and check if you should be using a pillow in some fashion for when the baby is lying on the bed.
