My baby is 3 months old.. should I still take him to terrace for some sun exposure ? What time is the best because now it's summers

If you can manage early morning 6 am sun,then nothing like it! But try for any time prior to 8am

yes u should.... morning 1 hr after sunshine..... for 10-15minutesor in the evening
