my baby is 3 months old. the first motion he passes in morning has stains of red colour. what is the reason for this. should i cut out diary product from my diet. the stool test did not show any blood in it. it is acidic and has pus 3-4 as per report. and twice or thrice in morning he passes motion green liquid with white patches . he is given probiotic and antibiotics now. is his motion ok or has he infection. from somedays he puts everything he cathes to his mouth. i am worried about infection.
