It might be milk grain like spots. It's common,just keep the face clean,do not apply oil on face,this is what my paed said,usually due to oil these acne appear.

It's quite common and it's generally due to oil allergy.. it would generally go off on it's own.. and if it's really bad u can consult ur doc to provide with a cream.

Small acne is common in babies. They go on it’s own. If the rash is severe and is spreading then consult the doctor

Please avoid using oil on the face..it is hot now and can be due to that..apply a good baby cream..keep the area sweat free..

It could be heat rash. <br> Make sure it's not a product allergy. What are you using on the face? Also, talk to a doc to know for sure.
