My baby is 3.5 months old.everytime I change his diaper, I find orange coloured stain where he pees.small stain. It's been 3 weeks now.sometimes it's clear but sometimes i still find it.

All tests are done.urine ND poop.but all are normal.no puss cells.Ultrasound also done.

His pee count-8-9 times, poo count- once in two days(liquid mustard)

Please doctor please help as to what is it? Everyday it's killing me.
