My baby is 4 mnths old. Today she has passed stools 6 times till nowwhich is very different from her usual routine when she generally passes 2-3 stools per day. The stools are yellow in colour. She has a mixed feed of BM and formula. She has no fever and is feeding well. Do I need to be concerned? Is this a sign of an infection? Kindly advice on what should be done. Thanks
