My baby is 4 months and a week old...from past few days he has developed a habit of putting hand in mouth or wtevr he gets ...I find he has sometimes urge to put his hands whole hand in mouth untried mittens bt he cries if I pull his hand out of mouth.....does it mean he is having teeth ?? Can I give him pacifier or teether is it a right time ...??? Kindly suggest on this
