My baby is 4 months old. I am directly breastfeeding my baby 2 times for 15 mins.Remaining I am giving formula. Everytime before feed,I used to hand express my milk,but that will come as one or 2 drops,that too will be sticky,it is not letting down.it will stick in the nipple.how to get the milk flow.how to establish flow of milk supply.
